Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of your platform. Use the date filters to adjust metrics and track overall performance trends over time.

Business Management

Navigate to 'Manage Businesses' to add or edit tenants. You can manage subscription tiers and module access using the Feature Access Manager.

Survey Management & Surveys

In 'Survey Management', click 'Create Survey' to use the Survey Builder. You can define questions, logic, set frequencies (e.g., Weekly Pulse), and launch via email or link.

Employees & Customers

Bulk upload your contacts using the 'Import CSV' function in the Employee Directory or Customer List. Ensure the CSV headers match the required template.

Analytics

Access deep dive analytics to view NPS/eNPS breakdowns. Remember that anonymity thresholds will hide charts if responses fall below the required minimum.

Troubleshooting & Common Errors

Why are my Analytics charts hidden?

This occurs if the total number of responses is below the minimum threshold (e.g., 5). The system hides data to protect respondent anonymity.

CSV Import Failed

Ensure your CSV file does not contain empty headers and the email addresses are formatted correctly. Duplicates based on email will be skipped.

Survey Emails Not Sending

Check the Survey Scheduling configuration. Also, verify that the selected employees have valid email addresses in the directory.
